I'm not sure if I have truly gained? That does sound rather odd however usually I weigh in before dinner today well after dinner. Still I suppose from now onwards if I weigh in post dinner that can be a new 'start' point.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
