Stayed close to all diet parameters for calories, fat, carbs and protein, but grouped too many of the carbs in one sitting (brunch). Didn't have glucometer with for follow up blood sugar (how convenient), but got some minor exercise by shopping for 2 hours after the meal and had done a post-breakfast dog walk of 40 minutes.
