Woot, back in the right direction!

And under 300!!!
298.2 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well it was a 10 day plateau... I would like it to be the only plateau I have before I reach my goal, but I doubt it will be somehow.
