YEAHHHHH! I am happy today! I didn't get my 155 like I wanted but I did get a loss.............it's getting closer, but more importantly I feel good because I know I am trying my best! Even with a few slip ups, I am getting better at letting it go, and moving on! I used to beat myself up, and that led to getting off track and eating to much to try to make myself feel better (you know that weird reverse thinking ahahhah) BUT no more! I hope you are all doing well! Take care

Yay, fantastic work and even more great for changing that mindset. I know I used to do the same thing too and beat myself up over "failures". It's great to see us all making progress, not only in our losses... but learning that a few slips up in the grand scheme of things is only a temporary hiccup. You just keep up the great work there... woohoo... less than 7lbs to GOAL girl - you GO!!! :o)

You're almost there!!! It doesn't matter how fast you get there. Slow and steady arrives you to goal as well as speedy. Keep up the great work!
