2218 kcal Fat: 38.19g | Prot: 93.88g | Carb: 397.34g.   Breakfast: shredded wheat, fiber one,  8th Continent, Post Selects, 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup. Lunch: pepperidge farm bread, jam, blue cheese, carrot, dijonnaise, hot dog bun, Black Forest Ham. Dinner: jif, bacon bits, blue cheese, lettuce, Deli Premium Seasoned Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Breast, sugar free jam. Snacks/Other: popcorn, chex mix, chocolate syrup, reeses cereal, graham, cool whip,  Vanilla Frozen yogurt, fig newton, celery. more...
