Starting over today. Need to record calories again. I'm way off track. I don't want my knees to start hurting because our new house has lots of stairs to climb. I'm embarrassed about seeing relatives at Thanksgiving who noticed I had lost a lot of weight, but now I've gained back 20, so I'm ashamed.
