Hanging at 170 even. I can feel the 160's calling to me, unfortunately next week is Thanksgiving lol. I do one cheat day a week, so that will be my day. I usually don't go over 300-400 extra calories, but I will that day, and it's okay. Will cut calories a few days before to even it out. The secret is to plan, plan, plan. Then you don't kick yourself for enjoying a day.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
