Did not weigh in today. Couldn't sleep, woke up at 5am and could not fall back to sleep..so I went to my home office and read the news. I am feeling good, don't feel like I have gained weight but I know I haven't lost. Been catching up on lots of work this week...no gym and stressful. However, I have a belated birthday party (for my brother) on Saturday and wedding on Sunday so it should be a fun weekend!

I am grateful to see that my FS friends are here and that they are making good progress...I will start trending downward again shortly.

Sunny but chilly in NYC!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
