Unbelievable! walked a brisk seven miles last evening and got rewarded with 2 pound loss today! My initial goal has been reached. Since I met my initial goal (YEAH ME!!!) I decided to increase it by ten pounds.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
