Well last night my tummy started aching some and felt bloated. It still did so some this morning; so I guess I am not too surprised at the slight weight increase. I worked hard on the elliptical and then shoveled some snow so I thought it would be at least no change but I will chalk it to the bloat.

I started a 'fast' yesterday after dinner and will fast until dinner tonight. Several of the ladies in a group are doing this (saw it from Low Carb Friends) and some have done it with success. So will see how this goes.

So here is to another day of feeling better and being healthier!

Hope you are feeling better soon. You had yourself quite a workout yesterday by the sounds of it! Good luck on the fast and keep us posted how it does for you :)

Thanks Mrs. H - I will definitely post how it goes. Angie - It is now about an 1-1/2 until dinner and and I pretty hungry. I decided on wings for dinner tonight and may have another bulletproof coffee to add some more fat. However, my carbs will be under 6g for the day (with my dinner). Will be interesting to see how this works.

Jaime... think I may have wings for dinner tomorrow. Sounds delicious! I am very interested to see how all of you dinner-dinner fasters do. I know there were some people who got hungry the first few times but after their bodies adjusted, they could complete a fast day no problem. Your body may need a bit more time to adjust but I am so thrilled you didn't give up. Even if you decide that this is not for you, you should feel so proud for making it to the end of the fast day.

Thanks Christie. I am proud that I made it. I think it will do me good if I can get the piping working back like it needs to. I saw know weight loss result this morning, but I know it is because I am constipated. I will hang in and do it again tomorrow and see how it all works out.
