I did 60 sit ups today which is 10 more than yesterday! I also lifted weights and did the wii fit weigh in, didn't do wii fit exercises though.

When I weighed in on our scale at home I weigh 125.6 and have a body fat of 25.4%

I am confused how I went down 3 pounds over night but I am not complaining!!! I feel I am getting a bit more support from friends and family with eating and living better. I doesn't hurt that Stephen is getting more exact with his feeding schedule. Here is to hoping today is a good workout with command pt.
125.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
