Dear God...I really need help. I am so disappointed in my inabililty to stay on track.

I know the feeling. It is hard to stay on track sometimes. Especially this time of the year coming up. Losing weight is a mental game. You have to be really ready. I went out and bought a food scale so i can weigh and measure. Plan out your day a head of time and have everything ready. If you work, put it in a cooler and bring it with you. Make an inspiration board (with cork board) and put pictures, recipes, quotes ...anything that will motivate you on there. Take it 5 pounds at a time. Plan a non-food reward for each 5 pounds. Put a scale in front of fridge (it will make you think before you grab). Sometimes we have to fake it till we make it. Buy a pedometer and start aiming for 10,000 steps a day. Once you start losing and feeling better, it will hopefully get you motivated. Reading fitness magazines also helps me. Cookinglight.com, Emilybites.com and Skinnytaste.com all have great WW or light recipes that are regular food lightened up and really tasty. You can plan some amazing dinners. Good luck!

I know He heard your prayer sweetie . . . One day at a time. If I mess up - like I did with Halloween . . . I started fresh the next hour or day - whatever worked. I have felt this alone too. I'm praying for you ok? Love yourself everyday ;)
