They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. Here is day 1.

In 28 days, we are going to go out somewhere nice to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. That's a good enough excuse for me to buy a dress that fits. :)

I wrote out my game plan and current measurements last night and taped them to my wall.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
