I did good yesterday:)
I am still really watching my weight and keeping with my diet. I will be going to the gym after work and keeping up with the weight loss.
I did a kick ass workout yesterday but I also went to a BBQ with Mike and ate a huge steak and also some garlic bread and a ceasar salad. So, it stands to reason that my loss will be slow...
