yuck again!!! These downward slides are getting the best of me!! But as of now...I am extremly determined to get back onto the right track....I've felt like garbage all weekend, ate like garbage..and now paying for it!!
182.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
