Woohoo the spell has broken. I was stuck at 165.4 for a week. Not an ounce lost and this morning I finally went down a whole 1.4 pounds. Yeah!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
