It goes slow, sometimes we have setbacks, but we keep on keeping on. We stick to reaching our goal. I am eating more "normal" these days, have kept the weight off and today was down one lb. By more normal I don't mean refined carbs or sugar, just more fruit and veggies. I have even had a nice baked potato a while ago at a steakhouse. Last Sunday the entire family was here for Jim's lamb (3 legs). For the first time in years I served red potatoes tossed with butter and parsley. I had a couple, but don't make it a habit. ShyGuy we have stuck with this and with God's help we will both get there, and when we have reacjed our goal, we will stay there. XXX

Thanks ladies. Gigi, you're right, it goes slow, and withthe holidays looming, right now I just want to maintain, because I know I'll be eating some things I shouldn't be eating, but will anyway. And yes, we will reach our goals, we have to, because I've already done my victory dance; so it's just a matter of getting my body to get in line with my faith. :-)
