Good morning!

Surprise gain of 2 kilos. WTF!?! Oh well, just keep going.

I stayed within my RDI yesterday, but I did end up digging into Wife's awesome cake. Still, stayed within RDI and it shouldn't matter.

Obviously, I didn't gain two kilos of fat, and I'm not concerned about it, really. It's just annoying.

Anyways, short entry today - I'm heading for work in about 20 minutes, and I gotta get ready. I'm heading in early, so I can leave early. It's FRIDAY!

Tonight, I'm rocking with The Black Peanut. I'm looking forward to it, it seems like it's been ages since we played last.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Morning coffee after a good night's sleep.
- A reasonably easy day at work.
- Wife
- A 2 kg weight gain (not really).

Happy Friday! Life is good!

sometimes our body seem to joke us. i often don't understand what the scales says... keep looking forward, i have no doubt that you will lose this damn gain immediately. and have a great night with the black peanut!

lol yeah, but then the guitarist got sick. NO rehearsal. :/ I'll guess I'll "just have to stay at home with my wonderful family". :)

hi there my friend long time no see, these where terrible months for me diet-wise, and i see you are struggling as well... you mentioned that you work better with a goal, so what is your goal and when do you plan to reach it? My goal is walking in luxembourg two days 40 kilometer a day (diekirch you can google it) training however messes up my cravings and the willpower to resist... you seem to have been training a lot during "pre-opp" you have any handy tips for me? greetz maud.

Hey puhpine, great to see you. I my goal is new (a week old today), and very specific. I need to be under 80 kgs by February 22, to have a minor adjusting surgery related to my previous surgery.
