I haven't been on the scales in a couple days and I'm more excited than ever this morning. So glad that I've stuck with the plan and had my menu readily available. This is a great start to my day and more incentive to make the next week even better!
240.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 110.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
