I just found this website, but I started the South Beach Diet on June 11, 2008. Today I am on phase 1 day 10 and have lost 8 lbs. and 2" off my waist.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
