So down a pound, not the drastic change I wanted to see, but I guess I need to look at it like i didn't gain any and I need to stay focussed and it will come. I'm thinking of looking into a cleansing diet of some sort.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
