Following diet and exercise parameters extremely well. Lost another pound, but weight loss is not really the goal - health is. Blood sugars still a bit elevated. Will do an hour of exercise immediately before dinner tonight. That seems to work best.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
