sad :( i havent lost any wieght this week. Oh well at elast i didnt put any on - right????
maybe i need to take more fiber pills .... nudge nudge wink wink ;)
170.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
