Restarting this goal AGAIN.

For the next 4 weeks and 5 days, I am going back to limiting my access to flour, sugar, and dairy. I hate how I feel when I let myself eat too much of those items. I found myself with some major muscle weakness the other day; which is unacceptable with my history/medical issues. So aside from the weight, I need to stop being stupid with my health.

The goal is to not cheat with those items for the next 4 weeks. Try to get all of the toxins back out of my system.

I'm also planning to keep up with my running schedule, so I can finish the half marathon in February.

If I meet the food goal, I'm giving myself $25 for shopping. If I hit the exercise goal $25. If I hit both- I'm doubling my prize. That'd be $100 to buy a new outfit for my boyfriend's birthday. (selfish, but I'm hoping it'll work!)

Its hard but you can do it..I had to give up veggies and fruits as they were tearing my stomach up..you will get used to leaving those things out of your system...we have to do what we have to do for your health..Rooting for ya...:O)
