This is the thrid phase on the weight lost, First phase lost 23 in 6 weeks, Second phase lost 10 in 4 weeks, but didn't stay true to the meal plans as I did on the first phase.

This phase I will be focus and stay true to the meal plan and calories totals required. I will drop the 24 lbs in the 6 weeks
