Boo to weight gain :( I'm so upset I've been working a lot the past couple days and my time to exercise is just gone :( I try to do calisthenics at home but lifeguarding is so tiring a lot of times all I can seem to do is sit and watch TV!
108.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
