Again. Man, this must be why they don't recommend weighting yourself daily. I'm sure tomorrow will be lower. shrug... go figure. ?

Feeling better today.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
