This week was half term, I had Jack, my 6 year old grandson with me and trips out, so diet on hold. Back to it now porridge for breakfast and planning my menu methinks!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
