Well I fought for that 6/10's of a pound, yessiree. I'm beginning to think that now it's just going to come off in much smaller amounts. That's okay, it may mean it might take longer but I will get there.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
