I have become vegan for three months now. I love it. I love knowing that every single thing I put into my mouth is beneficial. Thus far, all I have done is changed the food I eat and I have lost around 12 pounds. Now, my calorie intake.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Wow , that is great - I am really keen to go vegan - I was a vegan up until about four years ago. It is hard, but once you crack it it is worth it. Well done, you have actually inspired me to try it again x

Congrats on the weight loss so far. I've been vegan for 11 days now and I feel a lot better. I've been sticking to a plant-based diet and whole grains. I've lost 4 pounds which is just one of the many benefits. I feel a lot better plus I gave up caffeine so I've been sleeping better and have more energy. Looking forward to hearing more about your vegan journey.
