Jeeeesus... I don't know about you fellow challengers, but I find it very hard to make myself work out... I think if I hadn't joined I wouldn't be moving half as much, so I guess it's nice to see how others are faring so well, because it motivates me too... anyways so far so good. Drinking the described amount so far proved to be easy...of course things will be different when I go back to lectures next week and restroom breaks will be a very rare thing.

You know, you don't have to make "working out" a big thing. Instead of having it be an event that you need to motivate yourself for, try upping your caloric expenditure ALL the time. Don't sit still for too long; move around. Stretch your muscles, work one against the other. Squat & stand back up. Drop something on the floor so you have to do it again. If watching TV, lift your legs, stretch'em. Push your hands together and pull them apart. Stretch your neck using one set of muscles against another. Like that. Keep moving, more often, and you'll be amazed at how that will affect your calorie-burning. You can choose different activities, too. Tell yourself you're either going to go work out, or start cleaning house. I bet you'll clean for a long time, and you will burn a bunch of calories. YOU CAN DO IT!

thanks a lot, I appreciate your suggestions and I think I will take them to heart. Oddly enough I use cleaning as a way to work out usually, but when there are exams fast approaching I can't really find the time for it unfortunately. But maybe study breaks can be spent on the type of exercises you suggested. Thanks again. :)
