I'm psyched about the 4 lb loss this week. Thinking of adding some hummus to my diet. I wonder if tabouli is acceptable too. I'm hoping to continue with my exercise goals.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
