not a huge loss but still down even though i wasn't allowed to do my workouts this week.
147.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

great job on the loss, after the week i have had, even more so than before i mean congratulations on the pound loss. it is a pound gone!!!! asta lavista!

Thanks! Not being able to do my workouts this week (per doctors orders) was not fun, I was getting into a groove and now I have to try to slowly build back into them. This low blood pressure thing SUCKS!
