I was afraid today would be a failed day as it was my first day at work after starting the Atkins program. However, with planning and preparation beforehand, I was able to successfully stick to the plan!
249.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
