i think i stepped on the scale about ten times trying to see 169 but the forecast says....170 still. ok but 169 is on it's way. for that i am happy! Stay blessed! I know i will!!!!!!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
