Had to up my basal rates across the board to get my BGs into spec. Dawn Phenomenon was outrageous. Maybe I'm running a low grade infection or something.

Whipped cream is truly a secret weapon for success on low carb. 2 tbs heavy cream whips up to fill a 10 oz coffee mug, has no carbs, only 120 calories, and totally suppresses appetite and cravings for hours. Can be sweetened with no carb flavors (ie: Torani or DaVinci).
195.5 lb Lost so far: 58.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
