I really can't believe I lost, I would do okay during the day until the rest of my family would come home. Still sick so maybe the meds have something to do with it. But either way I'll take it man!!! I hope everyone out there is dietland is doing well and don't forget it's TGIF!!! Have a great weekend... It's actually suppose to be sunny here in Sunny California!!!

219.1 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 64.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
