Followed my plan reasonably well. Last night my friend and I went out for a girls night. It was for her birthday. So we splurged and went to a super fancy restaurant in Toronto called Susur Lee's. Amazing food! Very yummy and we also had a very decandant dessert! It was sooo good that I don't even think I can gauge the calories I took in. Then we went to a Smashing Pumpkins concert that was good. So we did lots of walking and had lots of fun!

192.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
