Ugh weight loss is slow again. I gained two pounds water weight over the past five days that didn't want to budge, but now that my sore muscles are gone I lost a pound. I will take the pound and not give up. It's in the right direction.
317.0 lb Lost so far: 93.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 July 2010:
1339 kcal Fat: 32.25g | Prot: 110.10g | Carb: 158.10g.   Breakfast: oikos greek yogurt with honey, Kraft Deli fresh cheddar, 98% fat free bologna, smart balance, sunflower seed bread. Lunch: 99% fat free turkey breast, kraft deli fresh cheddar, hellman's light. Dinner: subway oven roasted chicken. more...
