Hmm... I don't really feel any different... and I am not seeing a visible difference in my appearance any more :(
106.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's because you are so tiny. The smaller you are the harder it will be to see a difference. If you drop 50 or 100 pounds, it's easy to see, but 5 or 10 isn't as easy. When you are very close to goal weight, i really think the best thing to do to see a difference is by reducing body fat (which you do through cardio and strength trainingand healthy eating). Losing fat (instead of just weight), will make you smaller. Good luck!

Sometimes the body goes in a plateau mode for a while. Remember to stick with your healthy lifestyle even if you don't see a difference. While it may seem like nothing's happening on the outside, on the inside you're doing your body a great service by feeding it properly and giving it good exercise w/adequate resting periods. Overall, I think you're doing a great job. Keep it up!
