I have now finished 3 days on the Paleo Diet. It is getting easier, and I am surprised at that results. I have lost 5 pounds in three days. I know this is a lot, but I have a lot to lose. I have been eating mostly meat/eggs, vegetables, little fruit, and almonds. I have exercised each day which is just an exercise dvd at home. I feel less sleepy during the day and have been more active in the evenings. It is amazing how much this change has made a difference already. I can't wait to see how fast I can reach my first goal of -25 pounds. I wanted to lose 25 pounds since Christmas, but I may be able to reach that sooner. More to come.
