It was kind of another stubborn plateau area around 188. I finally busted through it. I was very good when going out to a fancy dinner-- I opted for raw oysters and a healthy salad with fresh tuna. Exercising religiously.
185.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.4 lb a week
