Gained a little back, but still within my goal range that I have set for myself. Traveling a couple days this week, but I will catch up on exercise this weekend. Work has been so busy lately that I have struggled to keep up on FS stuff, but hopefully I can catch up on here during the weekend too. I hope all my buddies are doing well too.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
