cheated with the protocol yesterday and the day before and I'm paying for it now.
Two days ago, I had pea sprouts in garlic sauce, about 3 servings and 2 cookies--Bad!
Yesterday, I had 300 grams of rotisserie chicken from costco for dinner.
Then while waiting for El hub while he was in his meeting, I was tempted to eat a cup of chow mein, 1 brownie and juice...ARgGGGGHHH! now, I have to suffer the consequence.

Starting today, I will SERIOUSLY follow the VLCD protocol to a tee.
For breakfast, I had 2 cups of green tea.
Lunch: 100 grams of chicken and a serving of blanched spinach.
snack: 1 orange
Dinner (later on) 100 of shrimps and blanched spinach.

I CAN DO THIS!!!!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
