I don't know why I always tell myself that I have to eat sweets and junk food. Usually after meals I try to find something sweet. Sometimes I feel like I just want to cry. Sometimes I really feel like I am losing my mind!
105.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I am sorry you are going through a hard time. It sounds like you could be putting alot of stress on yourself. It might help to plan some fun things that don't include food that you enjoy doing. Do some things that make you feel good about yourself. Sometimes when we are already in a healthy weight range for our height, our bodies get stubborn and don't want to lose. Plus, if it causes you alot of stress, that can keep you from losing too. Good luck!

Sugar withdrawal is really painful, I think I lost it a few times. Maybe it's not your mind but it's your body that is causing the troubles. It took a long time with no cheating to get over my sugar cravings. It also took some sugar free twizzlers as well :) Just keep reminding yourself that you deserve to meet your goals!
