7:00 a.m. Yay! Seems like the first morning in a long time that I have experienced some weight loss. This will help to keep me motivated today. What a shame that we are so ruled by the scale...but it is a reality...we want to weigh less and the scale validates it. Keep at it. That's the key.
11:40 a.m. Usually I can make it until twelve or later before getting hungry for lunch. Today I had carbs instead of protein for breakfast and I am starving! So, I just had my normal breakfast for lunch and know that I will be OK until dinner without needing a snack. Protein really does it for me. Carbs are processed into sugar way too fast in my body. I must keep that in mind going forward.
