i haven't eaten a thing, and i have gained 2ounces since yesterday! ugh!what is wrong with me?!!!
163.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

must be retaining water----drink lots of water today (2-3 L), and you'll be fine. Oh! and be sure to keep eating---starvation makes your body hold water and slow down your metabolism

I agree with 08! You have to eat well, drink tons of water & exercise. Your body may be in shock & it's holding on to all it's got! Keep your metabolism going by eating small snacks every 2-3 hours during the day. ===== By the way, thanks for the buddy request! I am originally from Jackson, TN - not far from you! Keep your head up & make smart choices! You WILL beat the scales! ;)
