whew! big holiday weekend apparently.
back on the wagon today. I'll be penny-pinching- -I mean calorie-counting, taking my supplement; and, most importantly, back at the gym. Watch me, fatsecret friends. This week's line-up includes my 5k track, spin class and some tennis.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
