I'm disgusted with myself that I really haven't stayed with the weight watchers program. I started to feel like I was limiting myself and wasn't motivated by our leader. I was almost more discouraged when I left than when I came. I decided to drop the program, even though I had lost almost 30 pounds total. I know I can do it again, I just need to set my mind to it. I think this will provide me with the right amount of motivation.
