Okay another pound is gone, but I had a really tough week. Sushi last Friday night, then Ribs on Saturday night at poker, then Chorizo on Sunday morning that I made. I did well from Monday on, but last night I had the ebee-gebees and I figured it was because I was hungry. At 01:00 AM I ate a 450 calorie muffin and nutrigrain bar and a glass of milk. I was able to sleep after that. Today, I've been hungrey all day. At lunch I ate meatballs and tunafish (left overs), and all afternoon I've had heartburn. Also, due to my lack of sleep, I'M SO TIRED. I'm actually thinking of quitting the competion, but lets see what another week entails. Finally, at today's weigh in, I weighed 215.6. I saw that I would have to pay so I removed my shoes and the new weight was 214.2. My shoes weighed 1.4 lbs. Bottom-line is that I didn't have to pay, and I now know the weight of my shoes.
